深井提升钢丝绳故障分析及其可靠度仿真

摘要: 为了理清深井提升钢丝绳故障类型,故障原因以及各类故障之间的逻辑关系,找出深井提升钢丝绳故障的主要影响因素,文章采用了故障树分析法建立深井提升钢丝绳故障树模型,并对其进行了定性和定量分析。基于MATLAB软件建立了深井提升钢丝绳可靠度仿真模型,得出了其可靠度及故障概率密度变化曲线。研究结果表明:钢丝绳的扭转是引起深井提升钢丝绳故障的主要原因|深井提升钢丝绳的各类故障主要发生在钢丝绳投入使用的前期。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to make the fault type, the fault reason and the logical relationship among various faults of deep well hoisting wire rope clear and to find out main factors which affected the failure of deep mine hoisting rope.The fault tree model of deep well hoisting rope was established by using fault tree analysis method and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in this paper. The reliability simulation model of deep mine hoisting wire rope was established based on matlab software, the reliability and failure probability density curve were obtained. The results show that the torsion of the wire rope was the main reason for the failure of the deep wire rope. The failure of the deep wire rope was mainly occurred in the early stage when the wire rope was put into use.
